Digital Citizenship: California School Library Association
This site is actually an online course for educators interested in learning about digital citizenship and having information to pass on to students. There are six modules that range from its definition and tools to resources for teachers. It helps teachers write lesson plans, gives powerpoint presentations and lists many resources to educate students about the proper use of technology in a digital era.
Our Space: Being a Responsible Citizen of the Digital World
Our Space is a collaboration between members of the GoodPlay Project and the Project New Media Literacies to educate students on the responsible participation in technology. There are many modules that include lessons on public domain usage, fair use policies, and how to be anonymous in an online forum. This is a terrific resource for teachers of high school students.
